lovely hotel central located, breakfast was good, rooms are very well designed with outlook on the river. very helpful and freindly staff, highly recommended.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. Everything was clean, well maintained, warm, and very friendly.I especially enjoyed the approach to food preparation and the service in the hotel restaurant.Juliette, Chef Ali, and Lali created a truly welcoming, home-like atmosphere that meant a lot to me after a long journey.Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

The only minor inconvenience was that the sink was located in the entryway rather than in the bathroom.

The staff are very hospitable, the rooms are great quality, and the food is great.

Breakfast ends at 11am, wish it extended for 12pm.

Air conditioning didn't work well , when the maintenance guy came there was a very dirty filter , also in the shower water didn't sink well , also a lot of dust around the room , was hard to breathe So the maintenance is very bad...And also they have a sauna and jacuzzi but it is at an additional price ,very expensive and it is not mentioned in brochures while ordering a room .And the room was too small even for one person

Nothing felt mass-produced; everything tasted intentional. The ingredients were fresh, flavors balanced, and presentation consistently elegant. Even the coffee—often an afterthought in hotel breakfasts—was rich, aromatic, and served with genuine care by attentive staff who somehow managed to be both efficient and warm.Overall, this wasn’t just a breakfast—it was an experience. A perfect start to the day that set a high bar for the rest of my stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was really comfortable and cozy and what made it more perfect was the professional staff who were very acknowledged about the city and the activity you may need to check. The staff will do anything to help you from my experience especially Mr. levan and Ms. Sorror, i really appreciate all the help I got from them and for sure when I visit Tbilisi again it will be in this Hotel.

no privacy at the toilet! cleaness, looking under the bed, it hasn't been cleaned for months! when I arrived, the room was not ready, i.e. the heater in the toilet was defective. the room service and cleaning the room, the hygiene in kitchen, no gloves, no hair covering.I really deserve a compensation.

Had a really lovely stay here. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt calm and well taken care of. Staff were kind and helpful, and the location made getting around easy. Overall, a smooth, peaceful stay—I’d happily come back.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice decoration

The room was cold the first night because the window facing the street was not properly insulated. The staff provided us with a heater which helped a lot.

The lady at the frontdesk called Bahar is very friendly and makes sure everything is perfect during your stay.?

The hospitality of the people was amazing. They are so friendly and kind. I checked in early and got breakfast. The workers Levan and David were so helpful in guiding me around town and also organized a reasonable taxi to Gudauri. I really enjoyed the stay. The chef is so passionate about the dishes he cooks and is great at giving recommendations. I ate the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. It was the pesto chicken pasta. The stay was great!

We loved the staff just amazing warm welcome and very Flexible.Levan Samkharadze was awesome!He did special arrangements for us and guided us locally.It was a true worth the Money!Try out their Private Jacuzzi you would like it ?

Rooms and Balcony are little small to my expectations but off course worth the price.
